Adele. The first time I heard this artist was on a car ride across California. Choosing between the simple tone and soulful melodies of her soft voice and giving in to my increasingly heavy eyelids was difficult. I chose to rest and listen at the same time. Adele manages to achieve a very dynamic sound with just her voice and an acoustic guitar. Every track on 19 is a new chance to collect yourself. Adele is a great artist to fall asleep to. She manages to keep you interested without waking you up every time you start drifting.
